We're a new business built on innovation and a commitment to providing comprehensive educational support, all in one place. We understand that navigating the world of education can be overwhelming, so we've streamlined the process, offering a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of every student, teacher, and parent.

As of now educational material and service providers has been governed with the interests of corporate objectives by major multinational players who focus on meeting the objective of controlling the educational resources and services avaliable whilst failing to value the backbone of those who once made the resources they continue to sell. This in intself has stalled further growth, innovation and a fair playing feild for educators to share, collaborate, feel supported, and valued within their own classrooms. As for families, it also means trying to navigate the conversation at home of individual growth to be challenging and as a consequence disadvantaging the learner; we thing this needs to change.

Alfonso Zampogna has always been passionate about learning and ensuring his students feel valued as innovators within society, rather than just numbers meeting KPIs. He promotes this by recognising that talent, compassion, inclusivity, and discussion all contribute to an environment where young people value learning and envision futures where they can achieve and contribute to our vibrant society.

Alfonso recognises the rapid success of this approach both within his learning environments and beyond, among colleagues and peers. This inspired him to begin contributing to the profession in 2017 by developing a database for VCE Business Management teachers to connect, support, and inspire one another through resources, conversations, and the shared belief that education benefits everyone.

He further enhanced this contribution by editing, presenting, crafting, and developing educational materials currently used in many Victorian schools. This dedication to supporting young people in skill-based, practical, and knowledge-based learning continues to expand. He emphasizes to learners that everyone's journey to success is unique, and that long-term vision, coupled with being challenged, inspired, encouraged, and validated, contributes to the success of their individual narratives. Furthermore, Alfonso also recognises the shifting workforce within the teaching profession and believes that methods to promote and engage graduate and junior teachers as something of significance which also requires further focus to maintain he standards in assessment, validity and reliability in educational standards.

Alfonso is currently at a leading independent school located in Melbourne's north western region.

Meet our Lead Educational Director - Vito Milana

Vito Milana is an avid reader and enjoys exploring contemporary literature. He has also, over the past 15 years, helped guide Provisionally Registered Teachers throughout their journeys towards establishing full registration. Vito has also assessed the VCAA Units 3 and 4 English Examination since 2005, the VCAA General Achievement Test since 2004, and has also assessed NAPLAN since its inception. In 2022, Vito served as a Group Leader for the NAPLAN Project; this position was elevated in 2023 to Professional Leader. Vito has also worked with ACARA and the VCAA in helping establish Literacy Proficiency Standards for the NAPLAN Writing Task. He has worked on other ACARA projects including Item Trial Marking, too.
