Log in to your Box account. Go to the Box website and enter your current login credentials.
Access Account Settings. Click on your name or profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. From the dropdown menu, select "Account Settings."
Go to Login and Email Addresses. In the Account Settings, ensure you're on the "Account" tab. Scroll down to the "Login and Email Addresses" section.
Add your new email address. Click on "Add more emails." Enter the new email address you want to use and click "Save."
Verify your new email address. Box will send a confirmation email to the address you just added. Open that email and click on the verification link to confirm the change.
Set your new email as primary (optional). Once verified, you can make the new email your primary email address by clicking the "Make Primary" button next to it.
Now that this is done you must contact Targeted Teaching Australia to update your contact records. (Please see below for steps to do this)
Important Notes:
Account access: Make sure you have access to both your old and new email addresses during this process, as you'll need to verify the change through your new email.
Targeted Teaching Australia allows you to change it for Share Space login as a self service option. However, we still require you to let us know so we can change your contact information for billing and general contact. You can do this by contacting us via email with your

Keep your email address up-to-date: It's important to keep your email address current for security and account recovery purposes.
Consider adding multiple email addresses: You can add multiple email addresses to your Box account as a backup in case you lose access to your primary email.
1. Go to the Box login page:
2. Click "Reset Password":
On the login page, you'll see a "Reset Password" link below the password field. Click on it.
3. Enter your email address or username:
You'll be prompted to enter either the email address or username associated with your Box account. Type it in the provided field.
4. Click "Send":
After entering your email address or username, click the "Send" button.
5. Check your email:
Box will send a password reset email to the address you provided. Check your inbox for this email.
Note: If you don't see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.
6. Click the reset link:
In the password reset email, you'll find a link to reset your password. Click on this link.
7. Enter your new password:
You'll be directed to a page where you can create a new password for your Box account. Enter your new password in the provided fields, making sure it meets Box's password requirements (usually a minimum length and combination of characters).
8. Confirm your new password:
Retype your new password to confirm it.
9. Click "Save":
Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click the "Save" button.
Important Notes:
Password reset links expire: Password reset links sent via email typically expire after a certain amount of time (e.g., 3 hours). If your link expires, you'll need to repeat the process to get a new one.
Account access: Make sure you have access to the email address associated with your Box account, as you'll need it to receive the password reset email.
Security: Choose a strong and unique password that you don't use for any other accounts.
